Refund & cancellation policy

Fair refunds for digital coaching services

Effective date: 1 November 2024

1. Eligibility

Clients may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment if:

  • A scheduled session was cancelled or not delivered by the expert.
  • The delivered service materially differed from the description on the invoice.
  • Duplicate payments were processed for the same service.

2. Requesting a refund

Clients should email [email protected] or reply to their payment receipt. We acknowledge receipt within one (1) business day and inform the expert immediately.

3. Processing timeline

Verified refunds are issued back to the original payment method within five (5) business days. The expert's balance is debited accordingly. If the account balance is insufficient, we deduct the amount from upcoming payouts.

4. Non-refundable scenarios

Refunds are not available if the session was completed as described or if the request is submitted more than fourteen (14) days after payment, unless mandated by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

If a client files a card chargeback, we suspend related payouts until the dispute is resolved. Experts must provide supporting evidence within five (5) days.
