Delivery & fulfillment policy

How digital coaching services are delivered

Effective date: 1 November 2024

1. Service description

SportPay facilitates digital coaching, tutoring, and training sessions between independent experts and their clients. Services are delivered remotely via video call, messaging platforms, or pre-recorded programs as described on each invoice.

2. Delivery timelines

  • Live sessions must be delivered on the scheduled date and time confirmed in the invoice.
  • Pre-recorded materials are provided within 24 hours of payment via secure download link.
  • Subscription programs grant access immediately after payment and remain available for the duration stated in the offer.

3. Confirmation

Clients receive an on-screen confirmation page and email receipt immediately after successful payment, detailing the service, price, taxes, and delivery expectations.

4. Delays or rescheduling

Experts must notify clients of delays at least 12 hours in advance. Clients may reschedule once at no cost within the first fourteen (14) days after purchase. Failure to deliver within 24 hours of the planned time entitles the client to a full refund.
