How long does merchant verification take?
We review your government ID and social profiles within one business day. You will receive an email once your compliance status changes to Verified.
Which payment methods can my clients use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. All payments are processed securely over HTTPS.
Do clients receive a receipt?
Yes. After every successful payment clients see a confirmation screen and receive an email receipt with a downloadable copy for their records.
What is the refund window?
Clients can request refunds within 14 days of payment. See our refund policy for details.
Where is SportPay based?
